Terms of use
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Endon app, website at https://endonspace.com, and all associated services. By using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms. We may update these Terms with at least 30 days notice. These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use Endon. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private and secure.
3. What Endon is and is not
Endon is a wellbeing tool. It does not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, or clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a medical device under EU MDR 2017/745. It is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger call 112 now. You are always interacting with an AI system. As required by EU AI Act Article 50, you are hereby informed that all interactions with Endon are with an AI system.
4. Your consent
By using Endon you explicitly consent under GDPR Article 9(2)(a) to our processing of special category personal data including emotional wellbeing and mental health information. You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account. In crisis situations where your life may be at risk we may additionally rely on vital interests under GDPR Article 9(2)(c).
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Provide false information.
- Attempt to access another account.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or copy any part of the App.
- Submit abusive, defamatory, or unlawful content.
- Misrepresent your age.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you submit. By submitting content you grant Endon a limited license to process and store it solely to provide the service. We may use de-identified and anonymised versions to improve the AI. You can opt out at any time in Settings > Privacy > Data Use.
7. Crisis safety
Endon includes automated crisis detection features. These are not infallible and do not constitute emergency services. Endon expressly disclaims liability for harm arising from the failure of automated crisis detection. Crisis features are never paywalled. If you are in immediate danger, call 112 now.
8. Subscriptions
Subscription fees are payable in advance including VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. We will notify you at least 30 days before your renewal date. We may change fees with at least 30 days notice.
9. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time through your account settings. No exit fees apply. We will delete your content within 7 days of account cancellation. If we discontinue the App we will give at least 60 days notice and refund any prepaid unused periods.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory EU or Greek consumer protection law. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months or EUR 500. Neither party is liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. General
