Endon is an AI-powered emotional wellbeing app designed to help you reflect, process your thoughts, and feel more supported. It combines conversational AI support, guided journaling, mood tracking, and meditation tools. Endon is not a therapy app; it is a wellbeing companion available whenever you need it.
Is Endon a replacement for therapy?
No. Endon is designed to complement professional support, helping you reflect between sessions, track emotional patterns, and feel less alone in difficult moments. It is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or clinical intervention.
Can Endon diagnose mental health conditions?
No. Endon does not diagnose, assess, or treat mental health conditions. It does not provide medical, psychiatric, or psychological advice. If you are concerned about your mental health, please speak to a qualified healthcare professional.
Am I talking to a real person?
No. You are always talking to an AI. Endon will never claim to be human or pretend to be a person. This is a core principle we will never compromise on.
How does Endon personalise its support?
Over time Endon learns how you communicate: the words you use, the topics that come up, and what kinds of support feel most helpful. This personalisation stays within the app and is never shared with third parties or used for advertising.
How does Endon handle my emotional data?
Everything you share with Endon is encrypted and stored securely on EU-based servers. Only you can access your content. We will never sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose outside of providing and improving Endon for you. You can delete your data at any time from within the app.
What does it cost?
Pricing is not final yet. What we can commit to now: there will be a free tier that is genuinely useful rather than a trial, and the safety features will never sit behind the paywall. Everyone on the waitlist hears the pricing before launch, not after.
What happens if I am in crisis?
Endon includes safety features designed to detect signs of serious distress. However Endon is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger please contact emergency services now. Is Endon a medical device?
No. Endon is not a medical device and is not registered as one under EU MDR 2017/745. It is a wellbeing and emotional support tool.
How do I delete my data?
You can delete all your data at any time from within the app under Settings > Privacy > Delete My Data. We will complete the deletion within 7 days. Once deleted your data cannot be recovered.
